Kathmandu, April 21. The annual festival has begun today at the World Heritage Pashupatinath Temple. Lakhs of devotees from home and abroad have arrived to participate in this grand celebration.

This four-day festival features special worship ceremonies, religious kirtans, and prasad distribution. Security arrangements in the temple premises have been tightened significantly for the event.

According to temple administration, over 500,000 devotees have visited the temple today alone. Religious tourists from various countries have also participated in this festival.
