Kathmandu. The Finance Minister presented a budget of over Rs 18 trillion for the upcoming fiscal year 2082/83 in parliament.

The budget allocates Rs 3 trillion for agriculture, Rs 5 trillion for infrastructure, and significant funds for education and health.

The Finance Minister said, "Our government is committed to economic prosperity. This budget will help improve living standards."

Opposition parties criticized the budget as impractical.
